Forsaken was born in the summer of 1999 out of true love of thrash metal. Lead guitarist Shawn and drummer Derek went on a mission to find the heaviest and most bad ass musicians in the area. Many Musicians have come and gone through the years, but have definitely left their mark with the band. In 2002, Forsaken really started thrashing with the addition of current singer Keith. With his vocals and the fullness of the bands' dual guitar attack, Forsaken started to come into it's own, as one of Detroit’s heaviest metal bands. Garrick completed the band in 2006, lending up his heavy bass sounds. Forsaken has recorded a 3 song demo in 2003 and now is in the process of finishing up their first full-length CD.
